Humans need fantasy

Final project for one of my painting classes, for which we could not use brushes for more than some small percent (I forget exactly) of the painting. Mostly I used sponges and a feather tip.

The quote is from Terry Pratchett's Hogfather, and it says "Humans need fantasy to be human... to be the place where the falling angel meets the rising ape." If you have not read Terry Pratchett, this is a huge error that should be corrected as immediately as possible. Satirical fantasy with philosophic undertones that are actually rather brilliant once you stop giggling and take a moment to work out what's really being said.
